Nice pools and great activities for kids like movie nights and the kids' club. Service took a long time, especially for food delivery. Food choices were often limited and not very tasty.

We had an amazing time at this resort! The outdoor pool was the centerpiece of our stay, offering breathtaking views and plenty of space for relaxation. The kids loved the dedicated play areas and fun activities available, which allowed us to unwind and enjoy some adult time. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. However, the dining options could use some improvement, as the buffet lacked variety.

I stayed in a Family Suite for 4 nights. The large outdoor pool is amazing. The views from our room were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast offered was diverse and tasty. 🌊

The amenities were fantastic, especially the modern gym and the relaxing spa, which made our stay feel extra special. We enjoyed lounging by the stunning infinity pool and took full advantage of the complimentary bicycles for exploring the area. Only downside was the dining options weren't quite stellar, but that didn't take away from the delightful experience overall. 🌴

pullman is right on the beach with beautiful views. the large outdoor pool was a fantastic place to relax. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at reception. we enjoyed the great food options, especially the thai offerings.

I loved that we were just a few minutes' walk to Baan Nam Kem Tsunami Memorial Park, which made for great afternoon strolls while immersing ourselves in the local history. the scenery around the area is also stunning, perfect for park views after a busy day exploring nearby attractions.

We had an amazing 9-night stay after a previous visit to khao lak, but this experience really exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive, especially at the pool bar, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of local and international flavors that we loved. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and great food in a beautiful setting.

The beachside restaurant delivered delicious local flavors, making my taste buds dance with joy! Plus, the giant pool is irresistibly inviting, perfect for those lazy afternoons.

I felt the international buffets were pretty lackluster—seriously, Italian food should hit harder than some bread with tomatoes! And the mosquitos were relentless. a little more pest control would do wonders.

Clean hotel, modern amenities, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist us during our stay. we loved lounging by the infinity pool while enjoying tasty cocktails during happy hour and appreciated the beachfront location that made exploring local sights very convenient.
